A specialist dementia nursing home in Rogerstone, Newport needed a website that did justice to the care inside — and helped families through one of the hardest decisions they'll ever make. We built a warm, bilingual (English & Cymraeg) site designed around trust: clear inspection ratings, real reviews, honest funding guidance, and an "arrange a visit" path that's never more than a click away.

It's fast, accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA (which matters for an older audience and for the law), and structured so the home's team can post news and Employee-of-the-Month updates themselves.

BIRA Care Homes

BIRA is a family-run group of seven nursing, dementia and residential homes across South Wales and Herefordshire. We built their public website — a warm, trust-first home-finder that lets families search by town or postcode, compare each home's care types and ratings, and arrange a visit in a couple of clicks — giving an award-winning group a digital presence to match.

Behind the scenes we also built their executive platform: live group-wide KSIs, a guided weekly reporting rhythm, and project-governance boards that replaced a tangle of spreadsheets with one calm, evidenced view of the whole organisation — the kind of operational software a typical web agency simply can't build.

Thrivio

Thrivio is a complete organisational-health SaaS product we designed and built end to end. Anonymous staff feedback is scored against evidence-based leadership frameworks into a single health index out of 100, with a Red-Amber-Green classification and a full report leadership teams can act on. It has a client portal, tiered subscription pricing, free lead-generation tools, and commercial-grade PDF reporting.

It exists to prove a point: we don't stop at brochure sites. We can take a product from idea to a sellable, subscription-based platform.
